We offer a 7-Day Refund Policy on online courses and programs unless otherwise stated. Requests must be made within seven (7) days of purchase. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.

C. Direct Services

All sales for direct services—where work, consulting, or builds are performed specifically for you—are non-refundable. Each service includes its own deliverables and terms, which are clearly outlined on the respective checkout or proposal page.

D. Payment Plans & Failed Payments
